UK Mainland Only – Orders over £15 within the UK mainland will now be delivered FREE of charge (excluding the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Jersey, Guernsey, The Scilly Isles & Ireland).
All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day and sent via our next day courier service, (this excludes weekends and bank holidays where your parcel will be dispatched the next working day.
Parcels to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, The Scilly Isles & Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail or an alternative courier depending on the weight and size of the product (delivery of these can take 24 to 72 hours).
Once the goods leave our depot certain circumstances (for example severe weather conditions) may delay your delivery for which we are not liable.
All parcels sent out will be issued with a tracking reference number, this will be sent to you via email in order for you to track your goods.
All deliveries require a signature, however if you are not available then a neighbour or colleague etc. may sign on your behalf, the signature provided will be proof of your delivery. If for any reason the package cannot be left either with yourself or another person then a calling card will be left detailing the consignment number, tracking number and instructions as to how you can re-arrange an alternative time for delivery or for you to collect your parcel
If 3 attempts to deliver your parcel are unsuccessful and you fail to contact the courier to make alternative arrangements then after 5 working days your parcel will be returned to our depot and you may be liable for return delivery charges.
RETURNS POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
Here at The Goldstar Supplement Company Ltd we make every effort to make sure your order reaches you in perfect time and condition.
If your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email or phone. Photographic proof of any damaged items will be required via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. All original packaging must be kept for examination by the courier company in case of missing/damaged items.
You are welcome to return items in original resalable condition (un-opened, unused and in the original packaging) within 7 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Postage charges for return of unwanted/alternative items will be covered by yourself.
